Please read these terms carefully
Software Usage
All software products provided by Keith Gangarahwe are licensed for use on a per-business or per-location basis as specified in the product description.
License Restrictions:
- Software may not be shared, redistributed, or resold without explicit written permission
- Each license is valid for a single business entity or physical location
- Source code is proprietary and may not be modified or reverse-engineered
- License is non-transferable without prior approval
Activation System:
Software products utilize an activation system to ensure compliance with licensing terms. Each installation requires a unique activation key provided upon purchase. The activation system may require periodic internet connectivity for validation.
Support Policy
Included Support (6 months):
- Bug fixes and software updates
- Email support with 48-hour response time
- Remote assistance for installation and configuration issues
- Access to documentation and knowledge base
Extended Support Options:
- Priority support with 24-hour response time: 25% of original license fee annually
- Phone support available during business hours: 35% of original license fee annually
- On-site support (Zimbabwe only): Available at hourly rates plus travel expenses
Support response times are measured during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Emergency support may be available at additional cost.
Report Generation
Disclaimer:
The user is solely responsible for the timely submission of all required reports to relevant authorities. Keith Gangarahwe provides the software tools for report generation but does not assume responsibility for report submission deadlines or compliance with regulatory requirements.
Accuracy Guarantees:
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of generated reports, Keith Gangarahwe does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users are advised to review all generated reports for accuracy before submission. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Compliance:
Users are responsible for ensuring that generated reports comply with local regulations and requirements. Keith Gangarahwe is not responsible for changes in regulatory requirements that may affect report formats or content.
Training
Included Training:
- 2 hours of remote training session included with each license
- Comprehensive user documentation and video tutorials
- Access to online knowledge base and FAQ
- Email support for training-related questions
Additional Training Options:
- On-site training (Zimbabwe only): $50 per hour plus travel expenses
- Advanced training sessions: $40 per hour remotely
- Custom training programs tailored to specific business needs: Available upon request
- Train-the-trainer programs for larger organizations: Available at discounted rates

Printer Compatibility:
- Bluetooth thermal receipt printers (recommended)
- USB receipt printers with OTG support
- Compatible brands: Epson, Star Micronics, Bixolon
TaraPos Desk Requirements:

- Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent AMD processor
- RAM: 4GB DDR4
- Storage: 128GB SSD
- Operating System: Windows 10/11 or Linux (Ubuntu 18.04+)
Recommended Configuration:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD processor
- RAM: 8GB DDR4
- Storage: 256GB SSD
- Operating System: Windows 10/11 Pro
- Backup: External hard drive or cloud backup solution
TaraPos Desk Deluxe Requirements:
Server Specifications:
- Processor: 9th generation Intel Core i5 or better
- RAM: 16GB DDR4 (expandable to 32GB)
- Storage: 512GB SSD + 1TB HDD for data
- Network: Gigabit Ethernet port
- Operating System: Windows Server 2019/2022 or Linux Server
Node Requirements:
- Same as TaraPos Desk recommended configuration
- Network: Stable wired or wireless connection to server
- Maximum 3 nodes supported in distributed configuration
Hardware Compatibility Note:
While the above specifications are recommended, custom hardware compatibility assessments can be performed upon request. Additional fees may apply for custom integration work. Keith Gangarahwe is not responsible for hardware procurement but can provide guidance and supplier recommendations.
